8. Warranty Policy

8.1. Manufacturer Warranty: Any warranty provided is issued by the product manufacturer, not The Gadget Connect Limited, unless explicitly stated otherwise. In the event of a defect, repairs will be facilitated through the manufacturer’s authorized service center or our official service partners.

8.2. Warranty Confirmation: Prior to purchase, please confirm with our team whether the product you are buying includes a local warranty. Not all products carry a warranty, and certain items are sold on an “as is” basis.

8.3. Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, strictly for faulty products. Items that are non-faulty or returned beyond the 24-hour window will not be eligible for return.

8.4. Warranty Limitations: Warranties do not cover physical or hardware damage, including but not limited to cracked screens, water damage, or any damage resulting from user mishandling.

8.5. No Refunds: The Gadget Connect Limited does not issue cash or credit refunds for items covered under warranty. Defective products under warranty will be subject to repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion.

8.6. Warranty Registration: Customers are solely responsible for registering their product with the manufacturer via the provided website or registration method, in order to activate and maintain warranty coverage.

8.7. Accessories: No warranty is offered on accessories, including but not limited to chargers, earphones, and protective cases.

8.8. Service Center Assistance: Should you be unable to engage directly with the manufacturer’s service center, The Gadget Connect Limited can facilitate the delivery of your product to the relevant service center on your behalf. Please note that this process may take between 7 and 30 days, subject to the manufacturer’s service timelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Gadget Connect Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.

10. Indemnification

10.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Gadget Connect Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
