How do I pair the Soundcore P25i with a new device?
Open the charging case and remove the earbuds. They will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and select soundcore P25i from the list to connect. To pair manually, take the earbuds out of the case and hold the touch sensors on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
Can I use a single earbud on its own?
Yes, the Soundcore P25i supports Mono Mode. You can place either the left or right earbud back into the charging case and close the lid; the remaining earbud will continue playing independently.
How do I reset the earbuds if they have connection or audio issues?
Delete “soundcore P25i” from your device’s Bluetooth list first. Take both earbuds out of the case. Within one minute of powering on, press and hold the touchpads on both earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds until you hear a notification confirmation sound.
How do I customize the EQ presets and touch controls?
Download the official Soundcore app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once your earbuds are connected to your phone via Bluetooth, open the app to switch between 22 preset EQ modes, reassign tap functions, or enable Gaming Mode for lower latency.
