Sound in living color.

Apple HomePod mini 2 is the second-generation compact smart speaker from Apple, delivering surprisingly rich, room-filling 360-degree sound from a small spherical design. Powered by the S10 chip, it supports Siri AI (via a future software update) for more capable, conversational assistance with personal context and broader knowledge, while retaining smart home hub features, temperature and humidity sensing, and Sound Recognition. Available in refreshed colors including pink, green, blue, white, and midnight, it can be used alone, in stereo pairs, for multiroom audio, or as part of a four-speaker surround setup with the latest Apple TV 4K.

Key Features

Rich Room-Filling Sound

HomePod mini 2 delivers surprisingly full, detailed 360-degree audio from its compact size. A full-range driver with dual passive radiators and computational audio produce deep bass and clear highs that fill the room from every angle.

Siri AI Assistant

An advanced version of Siri powered by Apple Intelligence brings more natural conversation, personal context awareness, and broader knowledge. Users can manage tasks, control the smart home, discover music, and get helpful answers using only their voice.

Smart Home Hub and Sensors

The speaker acts as a home hub for Apple Home and Matter devices, supporting voice control of accessories and automations. Built-in temperature and humidity sensors plus Sound Recognition for smoke and carbon monoxide alarms add useful everyday awareness.

Flexible Audio Setups

It works as a single speaker, stereo pair, or part of multiroom audio with AirPlay. Up to four HomePod mini 2 units can create immersive surround sound when paired with the latest Apple TV 4K, with automatic room calibration.

Compact Design and New Colors

Measuring just 3.3 inches tall, the spherical design fits easily on shelves or counters. It comes in refreshed colors including pink, green, blue, white, and midnight, with touch controls on top for simple playback and volume adjustment.
